Italy gave birth to Asiago. It is a dairy product created from cow’s milk that has been shaped into huge wheels. It features a rind and an inside that ranges from white to yellow, depending on the cheese’s age. It may have a variety of apertures or eyes, ranging from small to medium in size. It matures into a hard, gritty material that is suitable for shredding or grating. When young, the flavor is moderate, but matures to be strong and aromatic. It is frequently seen in cheese shredded mixtures. Refrigerate cheese between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To retain moisture and avoid mold, carefully wrap cheese in its original wrapper or container, plastic food wrap, special cheese paper, or aluminum foil.
